Construction Manager at Risk Services for Brubaker/Hoyt School Addition and Renovation

Des Moines Public Schools (DMPS) is soliciting qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Brubaker/Hoyt Signature School Addition and Renovation Project. This project involves additions and renovations to Brubaker Elementary School and Hoyt Middle School. DMPS intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract with the selected CMAR. The selection process will involve two steps: first, a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and second, a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms. Selection criteria include firm information, safety record, current capacity, and compliance with Iowa and Federal Laws. The CMAR will be chosen based on best value.
