Electronic Payment Processing Services

Snohomish County is soliciting proposals for electronic payment processing services under Request for Proposal No. RFP-26-0675BC. The due date for proposals is June 18, 2026, not later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time. Complete specifications can be downloaded from https://snoco.procureware.com/Bids. Proposals can be submitted electronically or as hard copies. Electronic submittals are preferred and require digital signature on the first page of the submittal packet, with the RFP number in the subject line. For hard copy submittals, the first page must have an original signature. Hand-delivered hard copies will only be accepted at the County Purchasing Division; please call 425-388-3344 for directions.
