Licensed Professional Counselors and Associates

Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) is seeking multiple vendors to provide licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed professional counselor associate (LPC-A) services. These independent contractors will join the Comprehensive Care Center Team, offering counseling for students and families facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. The selected counselors will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the district's Clinic Coordinator, on-site psychiatrist, and counseling staff. Full-time counselors will work 40 hours per week, while part-time counselors will work up to 32 hours per week, following the YISD 226-day calendar year. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period.
