Water, Sewer, Gas & Electric Facilities SCADA System Upgrades

The Fort Valley Utility Commission is soliciting sealed proposals for the Water, Sewer, Gas & Electric Facilities SCADA System Upgrades project. The scope of work involves upgrades to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for water, sewer, gas, and electric facilities. Proposal documents are available digitally through QuestCDN.com for a non-refundable fee of $200. Bidders must be registered with Quest/ESG Engineering, Inc. and have appropriate licensure to perform work in Georgia. A bid bond of no less than 5% of the base proposal is required, and the successful proposer will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. This project is funded by the American Rescue and Recovery Act (ARRA).
