Two-Row Flame Weeder for UNL Agronomy Farm

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is soliciting quotes for a two-row flame weeder. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The flame weeder must be capable of treating two rows of crops with 30-inch row spacings, have a maximum overall width of 96 inches, and feature adjustable hoods for different crop heights. It must be mountable on a tractor with a 3-point hitch and include an accessible controller. The unit should have a 200-gallon propane tank, be DOT-rated for transportation, and weigh under 2,500 pounds when fully fueled. The unit must be fully assembled and delivered by July 17, 2026.
