Locksmith Services for Toledo Police Impound Lot

The City of Toledo Police Department is soliciting quotes for locksmith services to be performed at the Toledo Police Impound Lot. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the City of Toledo's PlanetBids portal. All bid prices must be precise to two decimal places, and only one price per line item will be accepted. Responsive bids must include uploaded documents such as Project Paperwork, a Signed Contract by the Vendor, a Child Support Affidavit, a Pricing Sheet, an Insurance Certificate naming the City of Toledo as an additional insured/Certificate Holder, a Current Bureau of Worker's Compensation Certificate, and a Bid Guaranty. The Bid Guaranty can be a bid bond or a cashier's check/certified check on a solvent bank, payable to the "City of Toledo." If a check is used, it must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies by the due date and time and also uploaded with the e-bid. Company and personal checks are not accepted. For bid bonds, scanning and uploading is sufficient; the original is not required. Failure to provide a bid guaranty will result in a non-responsive bid. Upon contract award, a Performance Bond and PLA (if applicable) will be required. The opportunity also notes a local preference policy in accordance with TMC Section 187.34.
