Consulting Services for Sports Stadium Development Proposal Evaluation

The City of Green Bay is seeking information from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated experience advising public-sector clients on the evaluation of sports stadium and sports-anchored mixed-use development proposals. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify firms with relevant expertise and to understand the range of advisory services available to support City staff and elected officials in reviewing potential stadium-related development proposals. The City anticipates using responses to this RFI to inform a potential future Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and/or Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFI is for planning and informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the award of a contract.
