Electrical Tie-Down Straps

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support is conducting market research to identify capable sources for NSN 5975-004335339, STRAP, TIEDOWN, ELECTRICAL. This requirement is intended to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base period of 5 years and no options. The estimated annual quantity is 1333 HD, with a minimum delivery order quantity of 218 HD and a maximum of 1333 HD. Delivery will be 30 days after the order date. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination, and FOB is at origin. The currently approved sources for this item are PANDUIT CORP (P/N PRT5EH-C0), ALL-STATES INC (P/N RTE-2100), and ABB INSTALLATION PRODUCTS INC (P/N TY409). This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for proposals, but rather a request for written quotes. Interested parties with the capability to perform this contract are invited to submit a capability statement addressing their organization's capacity, financial resources, technical capabilities, and project management approach. If subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, the administrative and management structure should be detailed. Companies wishing to be reviewed as an "Approved Source" must submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. Based on market research responses, the requirement may be set-aside for Small Business or procured through Full and Open Competition, with potential for multiple awards. Price, past performance, and delivery will be equally weighted in the award decision. Solicitations will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around June 10, 2026.
