Charter Bus Services

Round Rock Independent School District is accepting bid responses for charter bus services. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposals are received, they will be opened, evaluated, and accepted or rejected by the district based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. This contract replaces 22-007 Charter Bus Services, which expires on 6/30/2025. All vendors awarded under 22-007 are required to respond to this new RFP; failure to do so will impact their opportunity to continue business with the district. While the district is legally required to accept paper bids, electronic submission is strongly requested to eliminate errors, reduce unnecessary work, and be more environmentally friendly.
