The U.S. Air Force is soliciting qualifications for architect-engineer services to perform emergency repairs at Building B710 at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a Request for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Qualifications, and price proposals are not requested at this time. The anticipated contract will include Title I (Type A and Type B) and Title II (Type C) services, encompassing field investigations, surveys, design document preparation, and construction phase services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, roof replacement, interior renovations (carpet, paint, ceiling tiles), restroom and office reconfiguration, HVAC system upgrades, fire alarm system replacement, communication rewiring, and parking lot repairs. The selected firm will be responsible for investigating the site, developing drawings and specifications in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and other applicable standards, and providing construction phase support. Firms will be evaluated based on professional qualifications, specialized experience, capacity, past performance, and location. Submissions must include a Standard Form 330 and supporting documentation, with a page limit of 50 pages. Pricing information should not be included in the submission.
