Technology Building Suite 100 (B) Interior Office Renovations

This solicitation is for the interior office renovations of approximately 9,087 square feet within the existing Technology Building Suite 100 (B) at Stennis International Airport. The project involves creating additional tenant space. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. A non-refundable fee is required to purchase project documents, which can be obtained from the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission website or the design architect's office. All plan holders must register online with a valid email address. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Multipurpose Room at Stennis International Airport, located at 7250 Stennis Airport Rd, Kiln, MS 39556. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
