Interior and Exterior Signage Services

Aims Community College is soliciting proposals from qualified signage firms to provide on-call services for a variety of signage needs across its five campuses. These services may range from minor updates to comprehensive projects involving design, fabrication, and installation of interior and exterior signage. The scope of work includes standard interior signage (room/office identification, ADA-compliant signs), building interior and exterior wayfinding signs, monument signs, and vehicle/pedestrian wayfinding signage. Custom projects requiring full design, fabrication, and installation are also included. The vendor must possess all necessary state and local licenses for signage fabrication and installation in Colorado and must use in-house staff for all installation services, with subcontracting prohibited. The initial contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option for four additional one-year renewals.
