Description

Springfield School District No. 19 is soliciting proposals for bakery products to be supplied to their School Nutrition Services Programs for the 2026-27 school year. The contract includes an option for renewal in subsequent years, with the total contract not to exceed five years. Proposals are due by Friday, May 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm PST. They should be submitted via email to demian.laudati@springfield.k12.or.us or delivered to the Administration Building at 640 A Street, Springfield, Oregon, 97477. Emails must be clearly marked "NUTRITION SERVICES BAKERY PRODUCTS RFP" in the subject line, and physical proposals should have the same marking on the envelope. All proposers must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes, including those related to Government Ethics, Public Contracting, and the Attorney General's Public Contracts Manual. Proposers must also indicate their resident status as required by ORS 279A.120. The District reserves the right to reject proposals, postpone award, waive informalities, and select the proposal that best serves the District's interests.
