Vehicle Body and Repair Services

The Austin Independent School District is seeking proposals from firms qualified and experienced in providing vehicle body and repair services on AISD school buses, fleet vehicles, EV school buses, EV vehicles, police vehicles and motorcycles, and semi-trailers on an as-needed basis. This solicitation will seek to establish contracts with multiple qualified vendors that will result in a pool from which the AISD's Transportation & Vehicle Services Department can solicit quotes throughout the contract term. This is a continuous solicitation. Proposals will be accepted continually through the close date of April 1, 2029, with proposals evaluated periodically and awards made as necessary. There is no obligation upon or guarantee by AISD to use any particular awarded vendor during the term of the contract. AISD reserves the right to select the awarded vendor that best meets its needs.
