Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression System, and Sprinkler System Services

The Town of North Hempstead is soliciting bids for comprehensive fire safety services. This includes the inspection, tagging, servicing, recharging, hydrostatic testing, and replacement of fire extinguishers. Additionally, the contract covers the inspection, testing, maintenance, and servicing of fire suppression systems, as well as sprinkler systems, standpipes, and yard hydrants. This is a requirements contract with no mandatory minimum services. The successful bidder must hold the appropriate licenses for servicing fire extinguishers and/or fire suppression systems in Nassau County. The contract term is for two years from the date of award, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
