Statewide Seed and Fertilizer Products Invitation to Qualify

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services (DGS), is seeking qualified suppliers for a statewide Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for seed and fertilizer products. Suppliers who meet the established qualifications will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to future Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Suppliers are required to be registered as a PA Supplier and obtain a supplier number through the PA Supplier Portal. Additionally, all suppliers must create a user profile in the JAGGAER portal and select relevant commodity codes, including 10151700 (Wildlife Habitat Seed Products), 10151600 (Crop Farming Seed Products), or 10170000 (Fertilizer and Lime Products).
