Fine Arts Building "Breezeway" Roof Repair

The Community College District of Jefferson County is soliciting sealed proposals for the repair of the Fine Arts Building "Breezeway" roof. Bids are due by 9:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, and must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Fine Arts Building "Breezeway" Roof Repair." Proposals should be delivered or mailed to Michael Glisson, Director of Purchasing and Auxiliary Service, Jefferson College, Administration Building (Rm 124), 1000 Viking Drive, Hillsboro, MO 63050. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the due time in the Buildings and Grounds Meeting Room on the Hillsboro campus. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of roofing material, edge, and counterflashing.
