Heartwood Commons TIF Project - Sidewalk, Curb, and Curb Ramp Construction

The City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Public Works is soliciting electronic bids for the Heartwood Commons TIF Project (Project No. 126-005). The project scope includes the construction of sidewalks, curbs, and curb ramps at various locations within South Bend. Detailed plans and specifications were prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates. Contract Documents are available for inspection or purchase from American Reprographics Company (ARC) and for inspection at MACIAF. Electronic bids must be submitted on the City of South Bend Contractor's Bid for Public Work Form and must include an electronic copy of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid plus any alternates. The awarded bidder will be required to submit the original check or bid bond via USPS. Compliance with the "City of South Bend EEO Contracting Provision Diversity Utilization" is mandatory. Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (W/MBE) are encouraged to participate.
