City of Klamath Falls New City Hall Tenant Improvements

This project involves interior modifications to the ground and second levels of the existing office building at 300 Klamath Ave. The work includes the establishment of new enclosed offices, counter/reception areas, restrooms, and a new sink in the utility room on the ground level. The second level will see the creation of new enclosed offices and a testing area within the existing conference room, along with modifications to the existing storage area. No major structural improvements are anticipated, and the occupancy designation will remain the same. Bidders must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with prevailing wage rate requirements. At least 30% of the awarded contract amount must be performed by the contractor's own organization. Plans and specifications are available online.
