General Contractor Qualifications for Pre-Engineered Metal Building

The Oak Grove R-VI School District is requesting qualifications from General Contractors for the turn-key installation of a 60' x 100' pre-engineered metal building. This new Facilities and Maintenance building will be located near the current Bus Barn. The project scope includes potential concrete foundation and slab work, earthwork, driveway extension, utility infrastructure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and the construction of office/break rooms and restrooms.
