Local Food Vendors for Sharyland ISD

Sharyland ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified local food vendors, including restaurants, fast-food establishments, food trucks, and catering providers, to supply food and beverages on an as-needed basis. Services will support district meetings, student-related activities, staff functions, and district events. Vendors may provide prepared meals, catering services, student-friendly meal options, beverages, delivery to SISD campuses, or food truck services for outdoor events. All food must comply with local health codes, Texas food safety requirements, and Sharyland ISD's expectations for quality and timeliness. The contract term will be for a one-year agreement with one successive three-year extension, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, not to exceed five years total. Pricing must remain firm for the entire contract period, with no price increases allowed during the contract year without prior written approval from Sharyland ISD. Vendors must maintain all required food service permits, liability insurance, provide timely delivery or pickup, and ensure staff entering campuses meet Sharyland ISD's safety requirements.
