Courier Services for Springfield Public Schools

The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting bids for courier services. Bidders must respond online using the e-bid system; emailed or faxed responses will not be accepted. All questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to the buyer of record through the e-bidding system, as contacting other district staff or board members is strictly prohibited and violates policy. Late responses will not be accepted. All correspondence within the e-bidding system, including questions, answers, and addenda, will become part of the resulting agreement. The contract period will commence on the date of award for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The District reserves the right to award by line, by group, all or none.
