Printing Press Paper and Cut Sheet Copy Paper

The State of Wisconsin, through its Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement, is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a mandatory contract for the supply of first-quality printing and copy paper. The contract will cover two lots: LOT A for Printing Grades and LOT B for Cut Sheet Copy Paper. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, including insured shipping, and for the return of any defective paper products. Only mill-represented, first-quality stocks will be accepted; job lots, odd lots, and seconds are not permissible.
