Pre-Qualified List for Plumbing Rehabilitation, Repair, and Renovation Services

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget is soliciting applications for a list of pre-qualified contractors to provide plumbing rehabilitation, repair, and renovation services. The initial contract period is set to commence upon execution and will conclude on April 30, 2028. Prospective contractors should note that responses will not be accepted through OpenGov Procurement. All bids must be submitted electronically by emailing a completed application packet to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov. Failure to submit the required PQMA packet to the specified email address may lead to significant delays in application processing.
