Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Support Services

The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers for on-call or as-needed Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system support services. This includes services such as PLC replacements, installation, integration, and configuration support, primarily for Utilities utilizing SCADA and/or PLC control systems. The scope of work involves programming code conversions, updating control narratives, on-site acceptance testing, and control cabinet design services. The anticipated schedule includes an RFP issuance on April 27th, 2026, a pre-proposal meeting on May 5th, 2026, a question deadline of May 11th, 2026, and a proposal due date of May 28th, 2026. The initial contract term is one year, with potential for four additional one-year extensions.
