City of Waycross Lubricants Supply

The City of Waycross is soliciting sealed price quotations for the annual supply of oils and lubricants for use in municipal fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. This will be a requirements-based contract, with estimated quantities provided. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional one-year terms, for a total possible duration of five years. Delivery is required within 5 business days of order to the City of Waycross Public Works Building at 629 Satilla Lane, Waycross GA 31501. The vendor must provide pumping equipment for bulk delivery and be responsible for spill prevention and cleanup. Pricing shall include delivery, and the City of Waycross is exempt from Georgia sales tax.
