Description
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department (JFRD) requires recertification of its Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) for its Emergency Operations Center/Emergency Preparedness Division. This recertification is a mandatory requirement every four years and can only be obtained through the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP), which is identified as the sole source provider for this service. The scope of services includes EMAP accreditation, US & R Certification, and all activities within the assessment process. This is a sole source procurement.
