Edgebrook Golf Course Water Sourcing Project

The City of Brookings, South Dakota is soliciting bids for the Rebid - Edgebrook Golf Course Water Sourcing project. The scope of work includes approximately 6,000 lineal feet of 8" watermain installation, including underground valve vault, valves, SCADA, and other appurtenances. The project also involves the installation of approximately 1,500 cubic yards of owner-furnished clay liner material, unclassified excavation, dewatering, and approximately 360 lineal feet of 16" steel encasement via jack and bore. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids by 1:30 PM CST on Monday, May 4, 2026, to the City Clerk at the Brookings City & County Government Center. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for a percentage of the bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in an amount not less than the contract price is also required. Preference will be given to South Dakota materials, products, and supplies.
