Barstow/Dumont Dunes Janitorial Services

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Barstow Field Office requires janitorial services for vault toilets at three Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) recreation sites: Johnson Valley, Stoddard Valley, and Dumont Dunes. The services include weekly cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of up to 25 CXT vault toilets. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and supplies, including the capacity to transport at least 100 gallons of water to remote locations using a four-wheel drive vehicle. The scope of work involves cleaning and sanitizing vault toilet interiors and exteriors, replacing toilet tissue, removing debris and graffiti, and disposing of trash at approved off-site facilities. Specific cleaning agents and recycled content requirements for toilet tissue are detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract includes a base year of 12 months and three 12-month option periods.
