New Smyrna Beach High School Gutter and Downspout Replacement

The School Board of Volusia County, Florida is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of gutters and downspouts at New Smyrna Beach High School. Bids will be received until May 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM, and will be opened publicly at the Volusia County Schools Facilities Services Building. Bids can be mailed or hand-delivered to Volusia County Schools, Facilities Services, 3750 Olson Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida 32124. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 24, 2026, at 9:30 AM, located at 1015 10th Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. Attendance by a bidder's authorized employee is required. Bid documents, including specifications, are available for review by appointment at the office of the Construction Project Manager at Facilities Services, 3750 Olson Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida, (386) 947-8786. Bid documents can also be accessed and downloaded from the Volusia County Schools website at https://www.vcsedu.org/facilities-design. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to five (5) percent of the total bid amount. Bidders must hold a current Certificate of Prequalification from the School Board of Volusia County, Florida, at the time of bid opening. All bids will remain binding for 60 calendar days from the bid opening or until School Board approval, whichever occurs first. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
