Construction-Related Consultant Backdrop Term Agreements

The State University of New York (SUNY) is soliciting qualifications for Construction-Related Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements for the period of 2026-2029. These agreements will establish a pool of three to six qualified Architectural and Engineering Design firms to provide a range of services on a per-project basis. Services may include studies, design, contract administration, construction management site representation, and third-party abatement monitoring. Each agreement will have a maximum cumulative value of $3,500,000, with a limit of $500,000 for individual projects released under the agreement. The term of each agreement is three years. SUNY ESF is committed to sustainability and requires consultants to adhere to relevant state and campus sustainability initiatives. Participation goals are set for Minority & Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) at 30% (15% MBE, 15% WBE) and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) at 6%.
