Description

This project involves In-Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO) Injection via Direct Push Technology (DPT) and gravity feed into existing angled monitoring wells. The work includes installing and maintaining temporary soil erosion and sedimentation controls, utility locating, facilitating storage and protection of injection reagents, performing DPT ISCO injections and gravity feed ISCO injections, in-kind surface restoration, seeding and mulching disturbed areas, and removing and disposing of temporary SESC measures. The project is located at the Chapin General Store Site, 19000 West Ridge Road, Elsie, MI 48831 (Saginaw County). Bids are due on May 20, 2026, by 2:00 PM ET. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on May 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at the Chapin Township Hall. The contract duration is 140 calendar days for final completion. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration. Bids must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS, and contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments. A 5% bid security is required.
