Auditing Services for North Charleston Housing Authority

The North Charleston Housing Authority (NCHA) is requesting proposals from experienced Certified Public Accounting firms or Public Accountants to perform annual audits of all the Housing Authority's programs and financials. The RFP documents will be available starting Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Interested parties can obtain the RFP by visiting www.northcharlestonhousingauthority.org under the "Doing Business" section or by emailing rscott@nchashousingauthority.com. Proposals must be submitted electronically to rscott@nchashousingauthority.com no later than Monday, May 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Minority- and/or Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to respond.
