Burglary Alarm Services for the City of Tulsa

The City of Tulsa is soliciting bids for burglary alarm services to be provided to the Asset Management Department. The contract will be for an initial one-year term, with the possibility of up to four additional one-year renewals. The selected vendor must maintain current company and manager licenses with the Oklahoma State Department of Labor, and all technicians must hold a current technician/salesperson license. Services include alarm monitoring for existing accounts and new accounts, as well as maintenance of receiver and voice lines. The vendor must be able to provide emergency repair services within an 8-hour timeframe.
