Crop Fertilizer and Spreading Services for RCC Farm

This solicitation is for a one-time purchase of various crop fertilizers and application services for the RCC Farm. The required fertilizers include 46-0-0 Urea Granular Bulk, 18-46-0 DAP (Diammonium Phosphate), and 0-0-60 Muriate of Potash. The solicitation also includes Agricultural Lime for soil neutralization and replenishment. In addition to the supply of these materials, the vendor will be responsible for the spreading of fertilizer on fields on a per-acre basis. All prices must be inclusive of all shipping and delivery charges. Vendors are required to bid on all line items; failure to do so will result in a non-responsive bid. The contract will be awarded on a best-value basis, considering price (90 points) and delivery (10 points). Bids must remain valid for a minimum of sixty calendar days after the bid due date. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
