City of South Bend: 3/4 Ton Four-Wheel Drive Pickup Trucks

The City of South Bend, Indiana, through its Board of Public Works, is soliciting electronic sealed bids for the procurement of six (6) or more 2026 or newer 3/4 ton four-wheel drive pickup trucks. Bids must be submitted electronically via email to bpwbids@southbendin.gov by 9:00 a.m. Local Time on June 9, 2026. The subject line of the email must include the full title of the bid. The body of the email must contain the vendor's name, address, contact email, and phone number. Detailed instructions, including a link to the electronic bid submission mailbox, are available on the City of South Bend's website at southbendin.gov/bids, where vendors must register to receive addenda and updates. Specifications can be downloaded from the same website. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Bids must be submitted on the City's official Bid/Proposal form, which includes required affidavits. An electronic copy of a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in an amount of not less than 10% of the bid, must accompany the bid. The awarded bidder will be required to submit the original check or bid bond via USPS. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid or bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
