Citywide On-Call Electrical Services

The City of Springfield is soliciting bids for a time and materials contract to provide on-call, on-site electrical services and new replacement equipment throughout the city. The scope of work includes all labor, equipment, licensing, materials, tools, and travel necessary for tasks such as troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, installing circuits, panels, conduit, or lighting, responding to emergency outages, and performing generator hookup and maintenance. The contract will establish fixed hourly rates and percentage mark-ups for its duration. The contract is structured as a one-year base term with four one-year renewal options.
