TV, Radio, and Digital Advertising Services for Dayton VA Medical Center
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a one-year contract to provide comprehensive TV, radio, and digital advertising services for the Dayton VA Medical Center. The campaign aims to increase awareness of VA benefits, programs, and services among targeted demographics, including veterans aged 18-55, women veterans, those in rural areas, and veterans not currently enrolled at the Dayton VAMC. The services will encompass advertising across TV, radio, and digital platforms in the Greater Dayton/Miami Valley area, including surrounding rural counties. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies, creating approved advertisements, and providing real-time reporting on campaign effectiveness. The period of performance is anticipated to be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price, one-year contract. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, price, and past performance, with technical and past performance being more important than price. The government reserves the right to award without discussions.
