Concrete, Cement, and Construction Materials for Sewer Projects

The City of Toledo DPW/ Sewer and Drainage is seeking bids for concrete, cement, and construction materials. Quantities listed are estimates and subject to change. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City of Toledo's PlanetBids portal by the bid due date. A bid guaranty, in the form of a cashier's check, official check, or bid bond, is required for a bid to be considered responsive. Specific requirements for the bid guaranty are detailed in the "Bid Information" tab of PlanetBids. Beginning March 13, 2026, certain city and annual paperwork will only need to be submitted once per company for the duration of contracts, provided no information changes. Required project paperwork includes acknowledgment and acceptance of conditions, contract specifications, primary and subcontractor forms, living wage contract addendum, and best bid criteria. Upon award, a Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and PLA may be required.
