Rogers County Trade Packages: Wastewater Treatment, Water Meter Vaults, and Paving

Rogers County, Oklahoma is soliciting sealed bids for several trade packages. These include improvements to the wastewater treatment plant, replacement of water meter vaults, and asphalt paving. Bids are also being accepted for masonry, low voltage communications, access control, and fire alarm systems. Sealed bids must be clearly labeled and delivered to the Rogers County Courthouse Commissioners' office by 4:00 PM CDT on June 12, 2026. Bids received after this time, or more than 96 hours before the opening, will not be considered. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM CDT on June 12, 2026. Pre-bid meetings are encouraged but not mandatory. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. The successful bidder will be awarded within 30 days after opening bids, with the contract executed within 60 days.
