Supplemental Carbon Chemicals

Saratoga County, through its Department of Central Services, will receive sealed bids for supplemental carbon chemicals as per specification 26-SD-SCC-1. Bids will be accepted in person or electronically through the Empire State Purchasing Website until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid forms and instructions are available at the Department of Central Services, 50 W. High Street, Ballston Spa, NY, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bids can also be accessed via the Empire State Purchasing Group website (www.empirestatebidsystem.com). Saratoga County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
