Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Printing Services ITB

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its Department of General Services, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish contracts for printing services and materials. This ITB is open to all Commonwealth agencies. Suppliers are required to register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and obtain a vendor number. Additionally, suppliers must create a user profile within the PA JAGGAER Portal to complete the qualification requirements. All qualifications and submissions must be made electronically through the PA JAGGAER Portal. The contract term is for an initial 5-year period with the option for one additional 5-year renewal. The solicitation is for an ongoing need for printing services.
