Southwest Partnership Employment and Training Services

Dane County Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for the Southwest Partnership program, which aims to provide employment and training services to adults eligible for FoodShare. This neighborhood-based program requires providers to partner with other community stakeholders, including residents, service providers, and employers, to meet participants' complex needs and help them achieve employment goals. The program focuses on connecting participants to holistic services, offering work experience and job skill training, and providing case management to navigate training and job searches. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing written agreements with providers and employers, and the program will serve individuals enrolled in FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET).
