FY27 Claims Processing for DFPS

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is soliciting bids for a contract to provide claims processing services. This service will involve paying vendors for goods or services needed for Child Protective Services (CPS) clients. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031, with no renewal options, though DFPS reserves the sole option to extend the contract for up to one year for continuity of service.
