On-Location Sound System Setup and Operations Services

This solicitation is for on-location sound system setup and operations services for various City Council committee meetings. The services will be performed at various indoor locations of varying sizes, including CRC Rec Centers, Council Chambers, and schools. Microphones and a press box will be provided by the Clerk's office, and an audio feed to the press box is required. The estimated need is for approximately 4 hours per meeting, with an estimated total of 15 meetings per year, though this number is subject to change. The required equipment includes an audio mixer (minimum 16 channels with phantom power), a sound system, sound technicians, setup and operation services, and wireless microphones. Pricing will be based on hourly rates, with an estimated total of 60 hours per year. Scheduling typically occurs 7 days in advance, but short notice (24 hours) may be required.
