The Old Westbury College Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) is seeking proposals from qualified independent certified public accountants for a five-year term to conduct annual audits of its financial statements, prepare supplemental schedules, and file federal and New York State tax returns. The selected firm will also be responsible for preparing a management letter addressing internal control matters. All services must be completed by August 31st following each fiscal year, and the auditors will be required to meet with the Foundation's Audit Committee and Board of Trustees annually. The Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization that supports SUNY College at Old Westbury. The scope of services includes conducting annual audits in accordance with AICPA generally accepted auditing standards, preparing IRS Form 990 and New York State Charitable Organization Annual Filings, and providing a management letter. The anticipated contract term is five years, commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, with the RFP release date on April 30, 2026, and proposal due date on May 21, 2026.
