Description

The Mayor's Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (ENDGBV), in partnership with the New York City Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration (DSS/HRA), is seeking to resolicit the RFx for the Respect and Responsibility Program (Queens Competition pool only). This program is a key component of the larger Interrupting Violence at Home initiative, launched in 2018 to address intergenerational cycles of abuse through non-mandated community-based programming for individuals who cause harm. The initiative aims to develop evidence-based and trauma-responsive intervention models designed to address abusive behavior and reduce future abuse in intimate partner relationships. The anticipated contract term is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with an estimated funding of $1,215,000.00 for one contract.
