Description

The Department of Labor is seeking grant applicants for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP), the Incarcerated Veterans' Transition Program (IVTP), and the Homeless Women Veterans' and Homeless Veterans' with Children Reintegration Grant Program. These programs aim to assist veterans experiencing and at risk of homelessness in achieving employment potential and securing high-quality career outcomes. Grant recipients will provide a comprehensive range of client-centered services within a case management framework, including job placement, job training, job development, career counseling, and employment preparation. Services may be provided directly or through referrals to community support resources. Eligible applicants include U.S. Territories or Possessions, Native American Tribally Designated Organizations, State and Local Workforce Development Boards (SWDBs/LWDBs), Other State and Local Government Agencies, faith-based organizations, and various non-profit and for-profit organizations. The estimated total program funding is $24,000,000, with individual award ceilings of $500,000 and award floors of $150,000.
