New York State Unified Court System Group Vision Benefits Plan

The New York State Unified Court System (UCS), Office of Court Administration (OCA), is soliciting bids for an insurer to provide a Group Vision Benefits Plan. This plan will cover judges, justices, management confidential and other unrepresented employees, retirees, and their dependents. The insurer will provide a fully insured product, assuming financial risk and paying all covered claims in exchange for a fixed monthly premium. The contract will consist of an Implementation Period of a minimum of ninety (90) days, followed by a three (3) year term of Project Services with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals. The estimated contract start date is March 1, 2027.
