City of Albany Bond Senior Managing Underwriter/Placement Agent/Direct Purchaser Services

The City of Albany is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Senior Managing Underwriter/Placement Agent/Direct Purchaser services. This RFP is for the issuance of approximately $16 million in revenue anticipation notes for cash flow borrowings, anticipated to be issued between June 25, 2026, and June 25, 2027. The contract period is expected to commence in June 2026 and terminate on December 31, 2027, with two one-year extension options at the City's discretion. Services may include recommendations for bond structure, participation in meetings, assistance with official statements, financial evaluation, underwriting, placement, transaction management, and post-closing support.
